One of the great things about WordPress is that, even as I learn more and more about how far the platform can go to support surprisingly large corporate or news sites, for example, it still works great for very small sites.
I built this simple site for my friend Allison Brice, a Reiki therapist and teacher. It gives some background to this tradition (often lost among the watered-down versions we encounter in the West), some other information about what Allison offers, and a simple contact page.
WordPress’s elegance very much suits the Japanese Buddhist-inspired aesthetic of the site and philosophy of Reiki itself.
